Après-Ski, the Drunk Cherry Way

The bar at Drunk Cherry lit up in the evening

Proper après-ski needs three things: somewhere to put your skis, something warm in your hands, and no reason at all to check the time. We've spent a few winters getting our version right, and it starts with the rack by the door.

The order of operations is well established by our regulars: a pot of tea or a glint of amber while the boots come off, khinkali to share, and then the slow negotiation over whether dinner is khachapuri or kharcho. The playlist sits somewhere between Georgian folk and the kind of rock that skiers of every age secretly agree on.

Peak hour runs from four till the last gondola cabins go dark, but the honest answer is that nobody is counting. Come as you are — snow on the shoulders is part of the dress code.
