Autumn Hours & What's Next

September in Gudauri is the mountain taking a breath — the lifts are quiet, the trails are golden, and the square belongs to dog walkers and slow coffees. We stay open every day, 9:00 to 24:00, through the shoulder season as always.

Behind the scenes, the autumn menu is coming together: wild mushroom versions of the classics, the season's first tkemali, and a dessert list that leans properly into the time of year. Some of it is already on the specials board, if you ask.

Winter bookings are open too — for tables, for private events, and for the growing list of people who already know which corner of the terrace they want when the snow returns.
